The programme supports creative arts projects for work with older people in the UK to "link different types of residential care setting into the community".

For this project, arts organisations must be working in partnership with a residential or day care setting for older people.

Sky Arts Ignition: Futures Fund Grant Value: £30,000

Sky Arts is offering five young artists £30,000 each to fund their work for a full year as part of the Sky Arts Ignition: Futures Fund - in association with IdeasTap.

So, whether you want to direct a piece of theatre, choreograph a new dance piece, write a novel, record an album, create a sculpture or produce a live art performance, Sky Arts will give you the time and money to make it happen. They’ll also pair you with a mentor from Sky to help you develop your networks, skills and knowledge in the arts and the commercial sector.

The Sky Arts Ignition: Futures Fund is open to individual artists working in visual art, theatre, performance art, film, music, dance or literature.

Mini Mediabox Grant Value: up to £5,000

Provides grants of up to £5,000 to support projects that enable young people aged 13-19 to produce their own creative media projects. Registered charities, trusts and incorporated associations, not-for-profit, non-statutory youth and community based organisations in England can apply. The scheme is particularly keen to support smaller community and grass roots organisations who may have no or limited experience of media delivery.

EMI – Instrument and Equipment Awards Grant Value: up to £2,000

The EMI Music Sound Foundation Instrument and Equipment Awards provides grants to schools and individuals in full time education to fund the purchase of musical instruments and/or equipment.

The Foundation also funds courses and training opportunities for music teachers who work within schools.
