Is a generalist grant-making trust distributing over £4 million each year. The Foundation aims to support a broad cross-section of national charities doing work in the following categories:

  • Health and Disability
  • Social Welfare
  • Arts and Heritage
  • Conservation

Greggs Foundation Grant value: up to £2,000

The Greggs Foundation donates around £1.3million per year to disadvantaged people in the heart of Gregg’s local communities.

The committee is looking for good quality applications from community organisations that support one of the priority groups listed below. Applications for trips, and time limited activities are more likely to be considered, as are applications from smaller, locally based groups. People with disabilities

  • Voluntary Carers
  • Homeless people
  • Older disadvantaged people

The Kelly Family Charitable Trust Grant Value: £1,000 - £5,000
The Trust prioritises funding in favour of charities whose activities involve all or most family members in initiatives that support and encourage the family to work as a cohesive unit in tackling problems that face one or more of its members. The overall objective is to reinforce the potential benefit and support that family members as a unit can give to each other.

Applications are also welcomed from sports and health-related charities whose activities comply with the above criteria.
