The Big Lottery Fund has today launched its UK-wide Village SOS Active campaign to inspire and equip people in rural communities to tackle local problems and help revive their local area.

It might be that you want to restore and take over the local pub, create a local food business or arts and heritage facilities to attract visitors, create employment and rejuvenate your village.

To help you get started they have put together the following resources:
