The Charity makes grants to hospitals, charities and individuals in the UK. In general, they aim to provide:
- help to organisations to which funds are not readily available. They prefer to help small or new organisations in favour of long-established, large or national organisations.
- help to individual families by providing financial assistance to help them cope with difficulties they face in caring for a sick child.

| FSC Kids Fund |
|
The Kids Fund is part of the Field Studies Council (FSC) which offers grants to help groups of disadvantaged young people attend residential environmental learning and environmental activity courses at an FSC centre.
Funding will normally be up to 80% of the cost of your group’s course to an FSC Field Centre to a maximum of £3000. This cost includes all accommodation, food, equipment, tuition and waterproof hire costs. 1 staff/adult free with every 10 students; additional adults pay 20%.
