Are you a woman working in any sector in East Kent? If so, please join us for the launch of our ESF Social Fund supported Network to Work programme. With women's unemployment at its highest in 25 years, we are supporting up to 15 women who are seeking work or full time training. With a mixture of mentoring, work shadowing and soft skills training, we will support our participants to access networks and build their social capital.

Perhaps you would like to act as a mentor for one of our particupants? All the evidence shows that mentors benefit from the mentoring relationship and gain valuable insights. Or could you offer to host a work shadow visit - anything from an hour to a day at your workplace? We are looking for hosts in a wide variety of settings, from corporate to public sector, charities and sole traders.
